This CD features favourite Christmas hymns such as 'O Come All Ye Faithful' and 'Hark the Herald Angels Sing'. It also includes many beautiful examples of choral music for the Advent and Christmas seasons. These range from Lennox Berkeley's 'I sing of a Maiden' to Palestrina's Christmas Day antiphon, 'Alma Redemptoris Mater' and John Tavener's 'The Lamb'.
Proceeds from the sale of the CD go to St Mary's appeal for a new pipe organ.
